Gojudi Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using gojudi's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the gojudi platform on any device or web browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and gojudi (the platform operator). Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The gojudi platform is a service exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of gojudi services, you are required to register a valid account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. gojudi reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of the platform's compliance and security process.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login details confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.
- Notify gojudi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring your account information is kept up to date and accurately reflects your current details.
Gojudi shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the gojudi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods supported by the platform, including internet banking, local eWallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
The following conditions apply to all transactions on the platform:
- Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and will be displayed during the transaction process.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to security and compliance checks. gojudi reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Bonus funds received through any promotion are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each respective promotion.
- Gojudi is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers during the transaction process.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen and may take up to 24 business hours.
Any attempt to use unauthorised payment methods, falsify transactions, or engage in financial fraud will result in account closure and appropriate legal action.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability
By using the gojudi platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
- Sharing your login credentials or allowing another party to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or unfair collusion during betting or gameplay.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform outside the scope of a standard user account, including any attempts to breach platform systems.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Regarding liability, gojudi shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss not directly caused by the platform's own negligence.
The gojudi platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains available and reliable at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at every moment.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Account Suspension & Closure
Gojudi reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: confirmed fraud, breach of terms of use, promotion abuse, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are suspended or closed due to fraud may not be eligible to recover any remaining balance.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed through a valid withdrawal method, subject to standard security checks.
Intellectual Property
All content on the gojudi platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of gojudi or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Links
The gojudi platform may contain references to third-party services or content. gojudi is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party links or services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Gojudi reserves the right to amend, add to, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The latest effective date will be updated at the top of this document.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the gojudi platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
